Return Policy



All products purchased on sale, or with promotional offers (Black Friday and Boxing Day Discount Codes) are a final sale (non-exchangeable and non-refundable). Only exception to this are Bulova and Citizen models up to 30% off.
Products purchased at the regular price, in-store or on are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwised specified, and are subject to the following conditions:
  • product must be purchased at the regular price without sale, discount or promotional offers applied.
  • any item that is discounted or on sale is considered a final sale.
  • product must be in pristine, original condition, unworn and unsized.
  • product must be accompanied by complete original packaging and all original inclusions such as warranty card, sale tag, and cuff/cushion.
  • products must be accompanied by the original store sales receipt (or email purchase receipt in the case of purchases).
  • all products purchased on sale, discounted or with promotional offers (Black Friday and Boxing Day Discount Codes) are considered final sale, and therefore ineligible for return or exchange.
  • for in-store purchases any receipt marked final sale, regardless of the discount rate, is ineligible for return or exchange.
  • gift receipts are not eligible for refunds. Exchange or gift card will be issued.
  • gift cards are non-refundable.
  • holiday exception period - all regular price purchases made between December 1st and December 24th are eligible for return or exchange until January 15th of the following year, and subject to the same conditions mentioned herein. All sale items are a final sale.
  • no returns, exchanges and price adjustments on Black Friday and Boxing Day.

ONLINE RETURNS MADE EASY! purchases may be returned in person to our Vaughan Mills Shopping Mall location within 14 days of the delivery of your package. After 14 days the order is no longer returnable/exchangeable.

Alternatively, to return your online purchase by mail, please fill out THIS FORM to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please make sure to include your order number and the reason for return. This request must be made within 14 days of the delivery of your package, otherwise the order is no longer returnable/exchangeable.


Upon approval, a Canada Post return label will be emailed to you. Simply print the label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location within 7 days of receipt.


Upon approval, you will be provided with an RA#  which must be included with your return. 

The RMA is valid for 7 days once received.  Failure to return the product within this 7 day period voids the RMA. 

Please ensure the item is in its original packaging, unsized and unworn, with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials in their original condition.

Please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels for returns outside Canada.

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier and clearly marked as a return to avoid erroneous duty charges being applied. If the return is subjected to duties due to this omission, these duties will be the deducted from the qualifying return amount.

Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning, to ensure that the package has been delivered back to us. Return shipping is not refundable.

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received and may take up to 4-7 business days to appear on your financial statement. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed.

Please note that any returns from a U.S. address may incur Canadian brokerage fees.  These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, and as such, will be deducted from the qualifying return amount.

If you would like to receive a refund or exchange on your in-store purchase, please bring the item to the store along with the receipt and original method of payment. Without the original method of payment and the receipt, a gift card will be issued for the purchase. Items purchased with a gift card or returned with a gift receipt are not redeemable for cash nor towards any method of payment. If you do not find a replacement product at the time of exchange, a gift card will be issued to you. Don't worry - your gift card never expires!
