ONLINE PURCHASES

Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (e.g. Black Friday and Boxing Day) as well as FLIK FLAK watches are final sale. Only exception to this is Bulova and Citizen models up to 30% off.

Products purchased at regular price (excluding Flik Flak) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified, and are subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be in pristine, original condition, unworn and unsized.
• Product must be accompanied by complete original packaging and all original inclusions such as warranty card, sale tag, and cuff/cushion.
• Products must be accompanied by the original email purchase receipt.
• Gift receipts are not eligible for refunds. Exchange or gift card will be issued.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Holiday exception period - all regular price purchases made between December 1st and December 24th are eligible for return or exchange until January 15th of the following year, and subject to the same conditions mentioned herein.
• No returns, exchanges and price adjustments on Black Friday or Boxing Day.

ONLINE RETURNS MADE EASY!

Regular price purchases may be returned in person to our Vaughan Mills Shopping Mall location within 14 days of the delivery of your package. 

Alternatively, to return your online purchase by mail, please fill out THIS FORM to request an authorization number (RMA). Ensure to include your order number and reason for return. This request must be made within 14 days of delivery. 

Once approved, a Canada Post return label will be emailed to you. Drop your package to a Canada Post location within 7 days of receiving the label. Be sure to keep the return receipt.

Once received, returns are processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed. Please allow 4–10 business days for the refund to be credited by your financial institution. 

If you have any other concerns not covered above, if your package doesn’t arrive, or if there is any evidence of tampering or damage during shipment, please send us full details including photos to hello@watchit.ca.  We will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Regular price purchases are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days, subject to them being unsized, unworn and accompanied by original packaging and inclusions.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment as per sales receipt. If the original form of payment is not available, a gift card will be issued.

Regular price items purchased with a gift card or accompanied with a gift receipt qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Gift cards and store credits never expire.
