PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a processing time of up to 3 business days (regardless of the shipping method selected) for your orders to be verified, packed and prepared before shipping. Busy times and Holidays might take longer, due to a higher volume of orders to process.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order is ready to ship. The tracking number will be active within 1-2 business day.

Please note, expected delivery date can change from the day shipping label was created, gets updated during shipping, and is subject to change at the carrier level.

*Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Package returns due to issues with the shipping address (missing or wrong information), and refusal to accept the package will result in a restocking fee deducted from the refund.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

We ship to Canadian addresses via Canada Post.
