PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subjected to a processing time of 1 - 3 business days (regardless of the shipping method selected) for your orders to be picked, packed and prepared before shipping. Busy times and Holidays might take longer, due to a higher volume of orders to process.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order is ready to ship. The tracking number will be active within 1-2 business day. 

Please note, expected delivery date can change from the day shipping label was created, gets updated during shipping. and is subject to change at the carrier level.

CANADIAN SHIPPING 

We ship to Canadian addresses via Canada Post. Free standard shipping typically arrives in 3 - 7 business days from the ship date. 

Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing time before orders are shipped.

U.S. SHIPPING 

We ship to U.S. addresses generally via UPS.

We want to enable our U.S. customers to order with ease. While duties and taxes are not likely to be charged on most orders, WATCH IT! shall NOT be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by U.S. customs or individual states within the U.S. The responsibility for any foreign duties, taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest with the customer. Prices shown on the website do NOT include these fees.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • typical processing time is 1 - 3 business days, unless otherwise indicated in the AVAILABILITY section of your product listing before the order ships out.
  • busy shipping seasons, such as holidays, may result in delays.
  • packages will be kept for pick-up at the designated carrier’s outlet if the recipient is not home when package delivery is attempted.
  • orders shipping to a PO Box or rural area will be shipped via Canada Post and the Express Delivery option may not be available for these locations. Shipping to U.S. PO boxes is not available.
  • specific delivery times or special delivery instructions are not accepted by our carriers.
  • we reserve the right to ship certain brands within Canada only. Citizen, Bulova, Casio and a few other brands may not allow cross-border shipping.
  • address changes are not possible once the order has been processed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Processing and shipping timelines are subject to credit verification and product availability.

If there are problems verifying your order, payment, or address information, you will be contacted via email with request for additional information. Please keep in mind this might add additional time to the 3 business days processing time frame.
