All products purchased on sale, or with promotional offers (e.g. Black Friday and Boxing Day Discount Codes) as well as FLIK FLAK watches are a final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. Only exception to this are Bulova and Citizen models up to 30% off.
ONLINE RETURNS MADE EASY!
Watchit.ca regular price purchases may be returned in person to our Vaughan Mills Shopping Mall location within 14 days of the delivery of your package. After 14 days the order is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
Alternatively, to return your online purchase by mail, please fill out THIS FORM to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please make sure to include your order number and the reason for return. This request must be made within 14 days of the delivery of your package, otherwise the order is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, unsized and unworn, accompanied with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials received.
Once approved, a Canada Post return label will be emailed to you. Please print the label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location within 7 days of receiving the label. Be sure to keep the return postage receipt for your records. After 7 days, the label will expire and the order will no longer be eligible for return.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed. Please allow 4–10 business days for the refund to appear on your financial statement.
If you have any other concerns not covered above, if your package doesn’t arrive, or if there is any evidence of tampering or damage during shipment, please reach out to us right away at hello@watchit.ca. We will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier – your satisfaction is our top priority!
IN-STORE PURCHASES
To receive a refund or exchange for an in-store regular-price purchase, please return the item to the store with your receipt and original form of payment within the return period. If the original form of payment is not available, a gift card will be issued.
Items purchased with a gift card or returned with a gift receipt cannot be refunded for cash or credited to another form of payment. If you choose to exchange an item and a replacement is not available, a gift card will be issued instead.
Gift cards never expire.
