PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a processing time of up to 3 business days (regardless of the shipping method selected) for your orders to be verified, packed and prepared for shipping. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy times and Holidays, due to increased order volume.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is ready to ship. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the tracking information to become active.

Please note that the expected delivery date may change after the shipping label is created, may be updated during transit, and is subject to change at the carrier’s discretion.

*Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or refusal to accept delivery, will be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

We ship to Canadian addresses via Canada Post.

address changes are not possible once the order has been processed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
